If I'm not happy with the product I can receive a refund? 100% Yes. No questions asked. Notify us within 14 days of you receiving your order and we will give you a full refund on the return of your items. 
Where is my order?  A) Once your order is fulfilled by ourselves you will receive a notification, either by SMS or E-mail depending on what contact information you used to purchase the order. Your purchase should always be with you in the (5-7 Working days) Timescale. This is on all UK Mainland orders both paid and free delivery service. 
International delivery does not have a specific timescale as it would all be dependent on many different factors however, your order will be dispatched by ourselves within 5 days of the purchase date.

I have received a damaged/Faulty or Wrong item, what should I do? We are really sorry to here this is the case and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will always try our best to ensure there is no problems with your order. However, sometimes humans make mistakes and we'd always aim to get this resolved for as quickly and efficiently as possible. 
The best way to do this is to send us a message through our contact page. All messages will be responded to 7 days a week within 24 hours.
Do you have a size guide? In all of our items you will see in the description that the size matches with a measurement represented in inches. These are ideal recommendations for that specific item.
